The Letter of Intent

The Price Is Not Always Right.

“The higher the price, the better the offer.” Do not let yourself be fooled by this popular misconception. Price is always a factor, but it may not be the factor when accepting an offer. We will go thru each offer with you to determine the importance of each of the terms in the LOI.

Negotiating the Right Way.

We take the ethical responsibility of fairly negotiating contractual terms very seriously. I help to find a win-win agreement that benefits all parties involved. You may even have to deal with multiple offers before ratifying the one you judge to be the most suitable for you – and as your agent, we will guarantee a thorough and objective assessment of each offer to help you make the right choice once the sale price and terms are agreed upon its time to formalize a contract.

Moving to the Purchase and Sales Agreement (PSA)

Unlike residential transactions, most contracts will not be on a standardized state contract. I Highly recommend that any seller (and/or buyer) retain a real estate attorney to write the contract. The couple hundred dollars spent on an attorney is a significant savings compared to the thousands, or more, it will cost if a bad contract ends in a lawsuit.
